We are a Supportive Living community for the elderly located in Braintree, Massachusetts. Independence Manor is owned and operated by a non-profit board of directors and provides rental housing subsidies through Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency and the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development.
We have 3 separate housing facilities: Independence Manor I, Independence Manor II and Independence Manor III; all are located at our campus on Independence Avenue. Each have their own income guidelines, rental charges and waitlists.
